There are only 2 places where water can get into a washing machines drum.
Water leaking back into washing machine drum. You should not use the washer until it is replaced. Otherwise water leaking and spilling over the motor could cause more damage a costly one. Since you already replaced the inlet water valve assembly the valves are likely okay.
One clue that the leakage is caused by the drain pump is if water leaks during the wash or the drain cycle. If water is leaking at the back of the appliance it is likely that either the cold water fill hose or the waste water hose is responsible. Some of these things you may not even notice until you go away for a few days or after you use the kitchen sink heavily for a time so it isnt a fault that always manifests itself quickly.
If the source is there the problem is most likely a drain pump. One problem that may develop with a water-inlet valve is that it can no longer completely shut off when the electricity is turned off to it. The drum must be completely replaced or welded.
This means that washing machines can leak from several different locations if something is wrong. My Kenmore Elite washer leaks water from the back at the top of the drum. In many cases due to the age of the washing machine drain pump seals can start to leak.
As noted in the links for previous answers that you already reviewed a failure of these water valves to properly seal up will cause this problem. As though something is inside. Water is draining although there was a leak when all the waahing was in the machine.
Its impossible for water to get in any other way. Close off either the hot or cold water tap that the machine connects to and see if the drips continue. The water fills the outside drum leaks of course through the holes in the wall and bottom and so fills the inside drum.
