Merino wool is very easy to care for with many wool clothes able to be washed in the washing machine.
Can merino wool be machine washed. However we recommend a gentle cool wash with an approved wool garment powder or liquid- and do not bleach. I have a couple of merino wool sweaters that say dry clean on the care tag. Select the woolens or delicate cycle on the washing machine and make sure the water temperature is cold and the spin is on low.
Do not use fabric softener. Merino wool can shrink after being machine-washed but sometimes no change in size is going to take place. CAN I THROW MY MERINO WOOL GARMENTS INTO A WASHING MACHINE.
It is recommended that Only Merino garments be gentle machine washed wool cycle with a suitable wool detergent. Steam press on wool. As long as your item says that its machine washable then youre fine to put it in a washing machine.

Merino wool should be colour fast but washing dark or bright colours separately from light colours and whites will avoid any damage should the colour bleed. Washing wool is really easy and many wool garments can be machine washed meaning more time to do the things you enjoy. Just check the tag for care information first.
May be spun using the woollen cycle to remove excess water. There are several styles of Pendleton wool blankets currently available but all of them are made with either Merino wool or 100 virgin wool. But dont despair.
